I have always loved summer and water from when I was a little boy! Coming to Negril was a blessing--perpetual summer. After about 3 1/2 years I decided that being hot all year round could use a break and I longed to make a couple snow angels--2 or 3 days would probably be sufficient. Bring on the snow! As for the jerky, I don't recall the name. it is vacuum packed and very simple packaging.
