i don't think one party is in full control of ANY relationship - lol - so the consentual part in the "romance tourism" is sex for money - that's the CONTRACT- so to speak -When one party is in full control of the relationship - is it actually consentual, or for the disadvantaged is it simply a means of getting by?
though the approach appears to be different for men and women - male sex tourist - pay 'em and keep moving - female sex tourist - thinks it love before she finds out it's money (and isn't even about the sex for him)
hmmm -- maybe men are better negotiators - because i haven't heard many stories of men virtually losing everything because of their "holiday romance" lol
some of the women i know went from riches to rags ----- oh and then you don't have any money -- NEXT!
