The troubles started when new owner took over the hotel side several years ago. In spite of that, he was also sold the timeshare units a couple of years later. There have been several issues in the court system for some time, gradually getting settled & - hopefully - ALL cases will be settled soon, especially the major one. So... there is progress. Jean is the saving grace of the entire property, not just her rental condo units. When I'm not in my TS unit, I stay w/ Jean. Never any problems w/ her; also rarely have an issue w/ my TS condo. When I have had one it was fixed right away. I go for long stays & have done so for 27 years so that might be why :-) Love their beach, gym across the road, & proximity to town. Issues or not it's still my #1 choice of places to stay.
