Thanks, Fadder JIMaica. We are going to try to make it one day to help with breakfast. Do we need to let anyone know when we are coming, or just show up? We are staying at Rondel...I assume the soup on Thursday is a lunch thing, right?

Sonja, Oct 4 is a great day to visit--it's the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, the founder of our Franciscan Order. Hopefully the kids will not be at lunch but in school. Smaller children, babies, will be around. Thursday is chicken foot soup day. Have you ever had chicken foot soup? Rondel Village donates soup every Thursday--thanks to Rondel Village.

Rickme, bring all the supplies you want. We love supplies--and thanks! --Fadder JIMaica

Rondel's chicken foot soup is a Thursday lunch thing, yes! No need to notify anyone of your plans for volunteering. Just show up AND be real nice to Ms. Pearl the head cook and major domo at the Kitchen! She like smiles and hugs! If you come for breakfast on Monday you can stay and help dice, chop, cut, mince, mash, and whatever else you do to veggies, fruits, chicken necks/backs/feet. They do a lot of that on Monday anticipating meals for the rest of the week. Come when you are ready and I am sure you will enjoy the experience. --Fadder JIMaica aka Fr. Jim

Dear Poolguywindsor, I'll plan on meeting you at the Kitchen one day. You will get around to it!

Gigi, the Kitchen is on Nompriel Road (the main road to Little London/Sav). Pass the taxi park (right side of the road) and not too far on the left side of the road is St. Anthony's Kitchen. If you get to Sweet Spice restaurant you have gone too far. It's maybe a half mile beyond the roundabout in town. Hope that helps! Hope to see you there one day. Just show up. Give Ms. Pearl a big hug or she might lick you with the serving spoon! --Fadder JIMaica
