courier service Canada to Negril

if you have ever had documents couriered from canada, how long did it actually take?
using their calculators FedEx says 2 days and UPS says 6 days.

I know you asked about Canada but I've Fed-Exed documents from the States and it got to Jamaica in 2 days but it took another 2 to get to the office in MoBay hope it helps
