Lady Jane...yes...have gone direct when available, but no such luck during the Christmas Holidays
Thanks for the help everyone. Much appreciated...but with trying to get as many days as possible and still being in the dates that work will allow me to be away, I am trapped in a window of time that seems to be when the airlines are costing the most. I also just can't accept 12 hours for a layover somewhere...I have seen some prices that were better on the flight comparison sites, but when you go in further, you see these long layovers or 2 or 3 connections.
I have accepted the fact that I am paying 1500.00 but getting the dates and flights that I need. Heading to the travel agent to book now
