Firefly Information?

So per my previous post about NBCC, one of the other places we are considering is Firefly - looks like they have some kitchenette rooms and we love the location (Sunbeach is our favorite bar!!).

Anyone have anygood (or bad!) things to share???

No personal experience but I have never heard bad press about Firefly.

Enjoyed our stay there last year. As you said, the location is perfect, great vibes at the place as well as next door at Sun Beach.

The rooms were a bit strange. Not bad, but different. We had one of the kitchenette rooms, but it was really two rooms connected by a small walkway. You walk in, and there is the kitchen and the bathroom. To get to the bedroom, you must walk out the back door, across a small walkway, and in another door to the bedroom. The walkway is fairly private, and, at Firefly, no need to get dressed, but just kinda strange having to go outside in order to hit the bathroom.

Aside from that, we didn't use the kitchenette but everything seemed in decent shape. Nice fridge and AC in the bedroom. White Sands is our usual place, but I'd stay here again if White Sands is booked up.

stayed there many times, great place. the space kiknback speaks of is only one apt on the property. it is a weird apt though.

Stayed there in April and I'm going back and staying with them again in Nov for the third time. I'd certainly reccomend it to my friends.
The staff is friendly, helpful and always greeted me with a smile.
The rooms/apartments I've seen are cozy, cute and have everything a "nonfussy" traveler would need. Never bothered me but depending on how light/heavy a sleeper you are, you may be bothered by the noise if you're closer to the street.

Stayed there last Feb. in their smallest cabin.....very basic and all that I need for the short time I am in my room in Negril. The staff is great and the location is awesome on the beach! I would stay there again if that is what you are asking
