Stayed there in April and I'm going back and staying with them again in Nov for the third time. I'd certainly reccomend it to my friends.
The staff is friendly, helpful and always greeted me with a smile.
The rooms/apartments I've seen are cozy, cute and have everything a "nonfussy" traveler would need. Never bothered me but depending on how light/heavy a sleeper you are, you may be bothered by the noise if you're closer to the street.
