from about July 27th to August 7th Negril will be very busy........
and the Negril population will at least triple.......
having been der when ATI started.......
residents will need good luck getting wata from da pipe during dat time.......
the beach road can turn into a parking lot for sur...........
leave yourself plenty of time to get around then.......
