Yes, e-mailing with a planned timing, duration of stay, number of guests, etc. is always good idea, as we can advise on prices and availability more precisely.

Happened upon this place last December. The owners were really quite friendly and kind...offering us a beer and a tour. Awesome view for sure...no pool but the sea is not too far away. I can't recall the prices though. I perused their website and it looks like you will either have to call or email for prices.

Thanks so much Walter!! You and your wife were so hospitable!! Your place is really awesome!! I will definitely try to stop by and say hello when I reach. You live in a place that I would give anything in the world to live. Such a beautiful view of Negril...and a beautiful home with great folks around you. I will never forget how kind you both were..as well as all the folks that were around that day. Truly magical! BTW, welcome to the board!
