Oh, we both agree by the experience my wife had with the first person she spoke to that you can never be sure what you get when you speak to someone on the phone. According to my wife that first woman was rude and totally inaccurate. As stated before the rules were the rules and no way could we avoid buying new tickets. I almost went for it was it not for the wonderful advice I received here. There is no need to even bother with the mismatch of names vs initials. And no way is it required to pay double.
