Non-refundable tickets. Bad idea?

I am not a travel agent. The "groups" I book for is friends and family. Perhaps I should have made it clear that I do not book thru websites......I go directly thru the airlines.

It sounds like you are a travel agent. I would hope you would get special treatment.
