Just wondering if anyone has heard anymore on Bentleys status ? His facebook page indicates he is
out of the hospital, but had lost quite a bit while he was absent.

His Facebook page was updated today by someone currently on the island. He is not open at present, and the page stated if/when (their words) he reopened they would update.
Bentley will be fine as he is surrounded by family and friends who love him. They just say he got sick. I hope he does reopen so as to be able to survive. And it is a great Negril place to eat with only a flair that Bentley himself can provide. I hope he makes a complete recovery soon.
I am sad to read this! Bentleys is a fave of ours for a fun dinner -
Any more updates?
Blessings to Bentley. Good man.

Im heading to Negril this weekend and will get an update- If he wishes me to- I'll share it with the board.
Im sure he will be happy to know that everyone is pulling for him!
Bentley's Crab Cakes - mmmm.
Such a great host too.
I'm very sorry to hear this - Bentley please get well soon.
We all wish Bentley well, but I can't see him opening anytime soon. Please, don't try to contact him if you are on the west end, no matter how well meaning you may be, it is not how you want to remember him.
Regards,
Bob
rjonson that does not sound good, as if he is on his way out. Maybe he would like to see people no matter what. Even if someone says don't go you know people meaning well will try any way.
Rjonson is absolutely correct & has said it best while still respecting Bentley's privacy.
If you really do care for/about him, do Not visit Bentley under any circumstance...let his family help him to heal.
Thank you for your kindness & understanding.
Sad but things change. We lost Alfred Barrett and now Bentley seems to be in serious trouble. Will miss them both. Here's hoping for a full recovery to you Bentley. I am among many who have REALLY enjoyed your character and cooking skills.
