    Controversial...yes?

As was mentioned in another post by Rob...

"And I think this thread may be enlightening some as to how the skilled "beach boys" approach varies from that of their female counterparts. This is one of the first time's I have seen it so aptly described on this board.

Whereas the guys approach tends to make their target women feel like a "goddess" as we have heard this stated many times here, as we are seeing from this report, the girls approach seems to target their man's sense of providing and protection, making them feel like the "knight in shining armor".

After years of seeing this happen day after day, year after year, both styles are equally effective and the results are almost always the same for both sexes.

I think this marked difference in "marketing" styles could be worthy of a book in and of itself.

But that is for another time".

Interesting article in the Daily Mail yesterday...similar have been written in the past!

I'm not ridiculing or judging anyone...but it's out there & info is in the link below. I've seen the surprise/shock happen too many times & it can be heartbreaking all around....

Wow. Am I ever mixed up. Why do I feel sorry for the young Jamaican "girlfriends" having to offer themselves to NorthAmerican males who could be their fathers or grandfathers yet my sympathies lie with the older Western females who are with young Jamaican b"boys". You have made me rethink some things Bnewb.

Interesting....very interesting. This happens alot and stds are on the rise because of it.

On one of my trips I was able to interview a few working guys and girls for a college research paper. Many prefer not to use condoms on white men/women because they think they are "clean. I clearly remembering telling one guy that stds dont discriminate and it was like a bell went off in his head.

I do feel bad for those who do it because they have no other choice.

    Re: Controversial...yes?

This goes on in alot of other countries as well as Jam....Between consenting adults, I leave it at that.My problem is the sexual predaters that come seeking and paying for undererage girls/boys..

Its all about supply and demand...no demand-then suplly would have to go away and find somethign else to do to make a livin..

Just curious...if our "Trip reporter" ..Mr LC Chow was a female and detailed her sexual conquests/exploits the same way Mr Chow does, would people look at her "differently" ???? Giving her the thumbs up ??...

the difference - the seller is the only one that knows he selling something (as mentioned in the article)

    therein lies the problem . . .

I bet you're not going to leave any of the "ladies" without some money on the table --- that night

the men make it like a balloon payment lol - after professing LOVE

"the seller is the only one that knows he selling something"

Then these women are the the most ignorant in the world. When some "physically ripped" man is looking at a scow the size of Montana and professing love...... give me a break. It isn't happening at home (as stated in the article), but some "third world man" is coming on strong? Yeah.....that's love......

That would be an interesting read, at any rate, Susan.
Would like to see the reaction!

I think it's just a very sad situation of desperation on both sides. And so scary to think of the high risks of contracting and spreading STDs.

Coincidentally Last week two scenes upset us. One was a large large women being berated by her much younger. Jamaican companion at a restaurant. The next was an observation of an inter action between a young young pretty Jamaican girl and a middle aged Italian tourist. The girl was being coached by a older Jam girl and a Jam man. She would be told something by them and then cozy up to the tourist or say something to him. There was obviously a language barrier. I do agree that having a party girl or rentarasta should not necessarily be celebrated or cheered and although they may be consenting adults (barely adults) there are victims.
