We generally do not eat a lot of beef while on the island. It's always been good --if very lean-- every time I've had it however. As far as goat, on our first trip to the island, we went horseback riding... My wife's topped to take a picture of a goat in someone's front yard... The guide said "you just photographed their Christmas dinner". The look on my wife's face was priceless.
