Beef?

I know a little off topic, but goat is very tender and quite tasty. Too bad it has so many bones. But do yourself a favor and at least give it a try.
The only beef we eat in Jamaica is in patties.

I totally agree with Bob I never tried goat and the thought of eating goat was not an option for me until I tried it in Negril...now its my favorite! I still dont eat it at home only in JA...so don't knock it until u try it.
