Have eaten at Kuyaba every trip for 14 years. Almost always excellent. Stayed there once but it was just ok. The little touches that make the restaurant so good were missing on the hotel side so we were a little disappointed. Oh yeah, and the damn parrots were loud and annoying.

We ate at Kuyaba last April and were very disappointed. Quality of food as well as service has declined. The only credit I can give is for the atmosphere.Nice place to have dinner but we had far better meals at places where we paid 1/3 the price. They need to step up their game as their reputation is slipping.
Had dinner there last year, maybe it was just what we ordered (less expensive items), found it ok. The dinners we had at Country Country were much better. May try it again sometime to try specific dishes I've read people rave about.Originally Posted by nicollet
