The last night...

I'm curious to know how everyone spends their final night in Negril. Do you have a tradition? Do you stay in and make it an early night or do you have one last late night blow out? Do you always eat dinner at the same place? Are you weepy over leaving or do you pretend it's not happening? Just wondering

I pack early that morning. I always watch the sunset and take many pics of it. Also, I must eat jerk chicken and get an ice cream cone from Devons. I do get emotional,because I wish I could stay longer but I always tell myself to come back as soon as possible.

It's emotional for sure.
I tear up each and every time and I'm supposed to be a tough old grandfather of 63.
We usually enjoy lots of beverages, swim in Seastar's magnificent pool, and walk around the west end neighborhood trying to 'imprint' our brains with wonderful memories.

I normally sober myself up....I'm so smoked and rummed out by the end of my trip....by the last couple of days I don't want any of it.

Our last day is spent doing things we LOVE. Lunch at the Red Dragon then we head up to Whoopie Park for the afternoon. This will NOT be the same this year as our Dear Friend Dennis is no longer with us. I know we will stop in to Celebrate his LIFE and FRIENDSHIP with us. It will NEVER be the same.......................... Back to the beach for our last beach walk, sunset, then across the road for some of FATTIES great food for supper. A few more drinks, off to bed, up early to pack, one more short beach walk........one tear because I'm leaving....................one because I'm happy to get back to my FAMILY and FRIENDS, and real life.
