Nice picture!! Have known Niah for years and he is indeed a great cook. Nice guy too! I haven't had his stew but he did prepare a great dinner of fresh tuna...with advance notice. His patties are his staple but I would also recommend him for other dishes too. Ital stew sounds yummy to me! Thanks for the tip and soon come Niah........

Niah prepared a wonderful meal for us the other day. A lobster patty for hubby and a nicely seasoned lobster and callaloo dish for me. We saw him riding his bike up the road and gave him $ to get the ingredients. It was well worth it.

Do you need to order the lobster patty ahead of time or is that something he just has during the lobster season?
You usually need to order the lobster a day ahead especially during slow season.
