We generally close the Kitchen for some days during the holidays but the times are not yet decided...haven't even thought about. As for you, Fred Stripe, NO, you cannot get credit for future sins at our Kitchen. You can, however, earn golden stars in your heavenly crown if you do some work for us. Jamerican71 just did us the favor of posting our operating and volunteer times. To shed some tears sign up for Monday morning after the kids have breakfast. The chopping, dicing, mashing all take place then for the week. I'll assign you to the onions! Or possibly you will chop the garlic--no tears, but the odor of garlic will stay on your fingers for days and be a gentle reminder to behave yourself. --Fadder Jim
