Since this is thr right crowd, what is everyone's take on the springbreakers?
I understand and can appreciate that it's good for local business.

But from a boardie standpoint?
PITA? or kinda cool becuase it gives the higglers someone else to sell to or any other thoughts?

Been coming to Negril since '88...took a fews years & explored other warm winter places then back in '05. I used to get the heck out of there generally by the 1st weekend in March to avoid the Springbreakers. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore since I started coming back. Yeah there's a few but no where near what it was with masses of them. A combination of things did it...bad press issues on some unfortunate rapes..deaths...then there's the $ thing...& Mexico became the big hitter. All that said I don't let it force me to leave there til I want in March. I always stay in the the cliffs anyway & they really don't stay or come up there...except a Rick's visit then it's back to the beach for them & get jiggy!!
