Hi Smith! we have jamaican breakfast, so yes to callaloo, ackee, green banana, yam, we have bonita, or local tuna, on the menu, and we usually make our own sorrel, working on the covonuts, we had two trees that produced last year and we are expecting a good crop of pineapple this year. We grow our own pumpkin, tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini and herbs- organically. We shop local markets for almost all of what is used in the restsurant.
