Sandy haven question

Hello,considering sandy haven as it looked like a good spot as we passed last time down.
The price seems outrageous in the 400 range for beachfront.
Has anyone stayed there?
Is it worth it ?

Can't tell you if its worth it however I saw much cheaper prices on negrilonestop.com.

I stayed at their main floor ocean front last year because i got a deep discount..very nice room and location but no way its worth 400 a night in my opinion..they have had specials occasionally on groupon and living social as well...
