curried chicken recipe

Finally a curried chicken recipe worth keeping!! Made this tonight for supper and it was just like being back on the island. I thought maybe the tablespoon of meat seasoning would make it too salty but it was perfectly seasoned. The only additions I made were a couple peeled diced potatoes to help thicken the sauce

i have watched our Jamaican friends do the same recipe, but, leaving the onions in all the time, this is my favorite curried chicken recipe , soon come

I chopped the onions rather than slicing and left them in for the whole process. Also, used less oil to brown the chicken and thickened the sauce up at the end cause it was still quite watery. Delicious though
