water levels of the beach?

Anybody observe the water levels of the beach recently?For instance, where is the water in relation to the Tree House Bar.

Currently the water is level near the Treehouse.

I would categorize it as near.

Last January, Treehouse was in the water

When you say Treehouse was in the water you are referring to their ocean swim up bar! The rooms are "high" and dry.
