Hey ... I have stayed at Jay's on two separate occasions. The most recent visit they had the new Suites finished and I had the pleasure of staying in one. Rooms are spacious and clean and you can't do better for the money. They have also added a BBQ and patio area which is a fantastic way to chill at the beginning or end of the day. The grounds are well kept. The location is ideal in that you have a short walk to access any restaurant, grocery, bar or even beach (with the quiet spot at the end of Westland Mtn. Road).
I will definitely stay there again next year.
