Contacting Debbie Lightheart at Moonlight Villas would be my first step. She has recently started the Negril Animal Haven which is an outreach of the Montego Bay Animal Haven. Both have Facebook pages.

The hunky vet is Dr. Smith. We call him Dr. Sunshine because he has a heart of gold and when he walks in a room women and animals light up. He is an incredible caring man who works at the JSPCA in Montego Bay.
Miss Evelyn Hall is at the JSPCA there too and she is incredible.
Debbie has been feeding strays around Negril and recently helped a dog named Lucky G.
We have volunteered at a Spay-Neuter clinic in front of the public school on the West end Road. It was the best vacation of our lives. Kim Swaim runs ISNN out of Florida. They set up Spay-Neuter Clinics in Jamaica.
She and the ISNN are also on FB.
We have two dogs from Negril that we rescued and brought to Canada.
