Be pickey - proximity to the beach, a pool that can be used on Christmas, no snow, NOT -15 or less temperatures, cheap booze ... hey! Wait a second! WTF? What am I thinking! I could have all that, and NOT spend the freakin' day in the kitchen ..... hmmmm .... sounds like you have a better plan!
