Come and enjoy a most relaxing session of gentle stretching and breathing upon the Paddleboards!! We dock the boards close to the shore and our Certified Yoga Jessica takes you on a journey you'll never forget. You don't need any SUP (Stand up Paddleboard) or Yoga experience,just come and enjoy. Tuesday through Saturday 9 am. Negril Treehouse,Beach Road $15 per person,Land classes still available. Namaste

Can you believe none of these ladies had ever been on a Paddleboard and most had never done Yoga! This is truly a beginners class! Classes will be offered throughout the season with Jessica our Certified Yoga Instructor and resident of Negril. See you soon. Namaste
