have you shopped at this store? do they sell foodstuffs for cooking or is it mostly pre-made? also, do they sell supplements?

I have seen patties, what looked like a cake in the glass front, herbs. I don't know if they carry supplements. Riverside Pharmacy (next to Burger King) had a decent selection of supplements, near the pharmacy window.

They have primo whole wheat tofu patties and yes they do have supplements, mainly local not factory made. Very nice couple own & run it.

Really great patties. I think they also have soups & smoothie type drinks. Doubt they carry manufactured supplements... capsules, etc. They might have herbs & such. Hope this helps.
