Brought one of my old phones from at&t and it cost me about $20.00 to get it switched to Lime (Cable & Wireless) have been using it for the last three years w/o a problem.
I have a friend buy the 100j cards to keep it updated, and call them with the number and serial number of the card every month. Still building time on the phone until next reach.
