Yes. But if you are not a guest at the hotels, can you just walk into Sandals or Beaches? Coco la palm is only open on weekends
In the link Celinda provided, it shows two locations in Negril that you can be tested.

Check with your resort. A doctor came to ours and did the test on site. Took 15 minutes to get the results, results were emailed to us and a hard copy delivered to us later in the day. It took a little over 30 minutes for 6 of us. Very easy!
We used Omega Medical across from Coco. $50US, walk in, no wait, results emailed same day. We went early afternoon. They said they were busier in the morning.
Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him. KJV Psalm 68:4
They took cards with a $2US fee.

I-Doc Concierge in the Boardwalk Shopping Village. They have an office there where the new Hi-Lo is on hold. Testing is at the tent in the back parking lot. An appointment is required. $50 for a rapid antigen test results in minutes and an email later in the day. They also do the PCR test, unsure on cost.
I returned to the US with a Covid Antigen test at the airport for 50 usd cash. No line and wonderful nurses!!! Super easy!!!
