I recently discovered the NCB ATM next to Hi-Lo on our last trip. This is now my preferred ATM, as I find the charges are the lowest (at least for my card) and there is usually no hassle in that shopping plaza. The only inconvenience is that I believe the maximum withdrawal is about $25000J. Other folks on here have told me that you can get around this limitation by make multiple withdrawals.Originally Posted by Ras Walleye
We usually pair it up with a stop at Hi-Lo on our way to the hotel, so the location is convenient as well.
