I agree. Some people will recommend Canoe (aka Mary's Bay) as a good spot for snorkeling, but the few times I went all I saw was a lot of sea grass and hidden sea urchins. Maybe I didn't go out far enough. We usually stay on the cliffs, so decent snorkeling is just a few steps away (Home Sweet Home, has a nice coral canyon right off the ladder).
