Hi Rob, just tried that link as well and same outcome, freezes on screen. Even tried a different browser but same again. Always takes me to the YES or NO screen and comes up as loading but freezes. Not sure what I can do now.

This link bypasses the yes/no question. I would clear your browser cache and cookies.

Give that a try and let me know what you see when you click on the link I posted.

Out of curiousity I tried the link as well. It brings you directly to a page that says "Do you live in Jamaica?". Yes or No. Then it freezes.
