I can tell you from first hand experience you cannot ride the plane train to the IT'LL terminal. Maybe that is what they are eventually intending? It is a good long wait for sure.

I'm not sure who told you that, but I took it this past Friday. You go thru security, straight ahead, and down one level. I went from the new terminal to the old one to catch my flight - it took a little longer than it does, say, between stops C and D, but it was there and working just fine.
