Roadside food - The variety and quality is outstanding.
Conch, anyway you want but my favorites are Chicken Lavish conch soup and and Xtabi Conch Burger!!
Tropical fruit - when you buy it from a stand it is ready to eat at just about perfect ripeness. "I'd like a perfect pineapple please" - "Well here you go", How 'bout a perfect mango?" - "Yah Mon, perfect today!", "And how about a perfect soursop?" - "Not today mon, maybe ready tomorrow or the next day." I've had that kind of conversation.
