Is 7am too early to "glom" a beach/ pool chair with a towell ?

I get up very early and like my walks on the beach.I never do the towell thing.It's SO anti-Negril,ya know. It's the opposite of the vibe,you don't RUN and glom the chair. One early morning I see the chairs at an A/I,two chairs had ROCKS on them,not even towells,Rocks?

Surprised you don't know the A/I protocol. Rocks are for saving the chairs for the NEXT day .... lol
