Wow! Thanks everyone for all the tips and places to check.
I definitely do explore when in Jamaica....I have been around the entire island, so getting out and searching is never a problem!
But to be fair, this was about 4 years ago when I was searching for a nice dutchie to give my then boyfriend (now husband) as a gift.
Lisa, yes I did ask Paula and also Lydie (can't remember how to spell his name) and they were the ones who said Valuemaster but I think they were just out at the time (november I think) also hi-lo didn't have any either
But now I know of all these other places to look maybe we will get some new ones this next trip...thanks everyone for all the info!

Brian has graduated from high school
..his plan..??.. --- continue his education
.....take culinary courses and other tourism courses in Jamaica (MoBay)

i've *watch-ed* him for several years
...seen him grow & mature
.....watch him turn into an *old* man

i remember when,
sometimes MissSonia would be out & about,
..doing church stuff or something
.....and Brian would be running-the-show::: taking orders, prepare-ing the food, serving, & collecting the money

i was really tickled when i saw him *training* a much older guy in the preparation of MissSonia's famous patties. The trainee was at least 15 years older than Brian (at the time).

WATCH out for Brian......!!!!!...
..he's GOING to be a super-star.... BELIEVE DAT...!!!...

I could not agree more with your thoughts about all the Big Kahoona's taking over the water fronts over in Lucea area / and elsewhere around the Island. I remember some years back when Grand Paladium was still in the building process - I expressed similar thoughts of :-( ... and you got after me cuz I was not supporting the progress and jobs and what not;

I think we all "hope" for more of a balance ~

anyhoo - continuing to enjoy your reports - always good fun.
