There are two components to the fees, what the ATM charges and what your bank charges.

I think the fee for most ATMS is a few hundred J but someone on the ground should confirm.
My last w/d from Scotia was $3.50 usd or something like that, more than a year ago?
We use NCB. It seems they charge 70 basis points (.7%) by way of the exchange rate vs the official exchange rate. There is no other fee.
My bank charges me nothing
