The Depo is the shot we used in competition days and I know many on my daughters teams use. Also have friends in the last couple years that had water vacations and a honeymoon and did same thing. Got it one month before trip. There are also others now. getting on the pill of any kind two months before and skipping your placebos will also do this but you would want to be on month 2 many competitive swimmers now do that.Originally Posted by kaycee
