Cafe Goa is a very short walk from Rondel. Referring to the excellent Message Board Map (http://www.talkofthetownnegril.com/N...ap_2_15_11.pdf), Cafe Goa is on opposite side of road from the beach, just before you get to Times Square Shopping Center.
The restaurant at Rondel serves a very good Jamaican breakfast.
