manda you will not be dodging hustle all day we are just explaining that the men are smooth talkers but you do not have to dodge them or hide from them they are not rude or aggressive they can be fun to talk to and pretty much every hotel has security sat out front on the beach anyway and you do not have to speak to anyone at all if you really don't want. The locals are lovely they are fun a lot are very wise and a lot of them always have a good story or two to share and there are some very creative people you may meet and a lot of people down there can really sing and dance. All we are saying is you may get chatted up thats all.And usually if you get asked out for a drink.YOUR'E BUYING!that is all.Nothing more.Negril is a lovely place.Laid back if you want it to be or full of nightlife if you like that too.It is also a nice spot to chill with family. You will love it.

    2 updates...
I just heard the man survived the car crash...thank God!
And, back from the Emegrency clinic, I have a small puncture in my ear drum which most likely happened in the plane as per the Doctor. He said he thinks what caused the infection was water, even though I didnt feel water? He said it was not swimmers ear which was what I thought it was. If you need a doctor ...go, don't wait, I was afraid it was going to cost a fortune, but it did'nt.

have been to dr grant and dr foster and found both to be most professional in every way.
dr foster has been around many years. a few years ago my ear began to cause me worries. wonderful staff at xtabi arranged a ride to the dr fosters office...was located downtown. the ear canal had swollen with infection, was given antibiotics and he asked if shots bothered me. at that point the pain was so wicked that i didn't really care what he did, i had to get the pain stopped! i got the shots. he told me not to fly and would fax whatever info was necessary to my place of work or insurance. the next morning/the day i was to fly, dr foster showed up at xtabi to see how i was doing. telling him i was going home, he again advised not to fly. he gave me another shot to assist with inflammation. took the labels of medications given to my doctor and got quite the lecture on going against doctors orders. the inner ear was so swollen, he could barely see the ear drum. all medications used were appropriate. shots were an anti-inflamatory drug no longer used in the US due to controversy of sports profession use to keep athletes "in the game".
another time i started to have similar ear troubles and went to dr grant before things got bad. antibiotics were prescribed and all was well.
cost was less than 100US and when asked for, proper paperwork was provided allowing my insurance to pay.
not sure if it is the fine sand blowing into places we do not feel or the water or the pressure equalization on planes.
if u think u need a doctor ....GO.
    the same with dental needs.
Lapurr, happy to hear all is good with u!
