I disagree about Ricks. It's fun to watch the cliff divers jump from so high -- one of the few places in the world you can see such a thing. Plus, it's the only place to see a really large group of tourists all in the same spot, and that provides a feel of excitement so some peeps. Plus, there is often a live band for free, plus a swimming pool on an island where there aren't pools at every property.

There are indeed some positives to being at Ricks. Never in my considerable history with Negril have I failed to visit at least once.

Same here, Gerry! Never eat there, though. Just have a couple drinks and move on to somewhere else for dinner before sunset.
