Here's an option based out of the South Coast.

Edit: The last I knew (feb '11) Lover's Leap main tourist point it closed. You can still go up there and walk around and get the views, you just can't go to the "official" look out point or the restaurant.

I've never been to Mayfield so I don't know if that would take up a whole day. I would personally suggest YS Falls, Appleton Rum Tour, and Black River boat ride. If time allows you could take to the boat out to Pelican Bar and while driving you can go through Bamboo Alley.

Are you planning on renewing your vows at one of these locations?

If I were staying in Treasure Beach, then I might consider a South Coast Tour Operator but staying in Negril? It would be an "arm and a leg" to have someone drive up from there; take you back there and then bring you back to Negril!

I think Talk of the Town Tours is a good alternative and a great company as well.

Jamaica abounds with Red Plate, licensed taxis with drivers and/or owners who would love to take you on a trip for more money than they could make in a day beating their vehicle to death on a Route Run. I know everyone wants to have something "nailed down" before they get to Jamaica but this is a country that runs on bargaining. You could get a good price by just asking around once you get there (as an option).

Lovers leap is still closed as of today. Sounds like this one may be done until a new owner takes over.

My suggestion is to go to the likkle store across the road from the closed restaurant and ask if you can cross through the vegetable farm to a secluded spot on the cliff. I have done this a few times and my friends enjoyed the natural view even more than the view from the restaurant anyways.
