With legalization effors proving succesful in the States, you have to think that it won't be long before countries such as Jamiaca also move forward with some type of decriminalization or legalization of ganja as well, right? It's probably not "if", but "when" it happens.

Things are happening quickly (finally) on that front. Jamaica is supposed to be decriminalizing herb sometime later this year. What exact form it will take, I don't know. It can only mean good things to come, that much is certain.
