So it's been a couple of years- usually I change money with a big fellow who stands outside of Hi-Lo- sometimes Value Master- (for the life of me I forget his name, but always honest and gave a fair rate to me)

Where's the best place now to change money?

That is a NO NO ! Limo Mon rule #3 Never ever exchange money on the street or with the big guy in the parking lot NEVER.
