Just returned from 4th trip this year!

Hey it's the addict here! I made my fourth trip since March 2015. Arrived Thanksgiving day and stayed 1 week (my longest trip so far). We were supposed to leave that Monday the 30th but we were late for flight so had to stay extra 3 days (my sister thinks I did it on purpose lol). The extra time was so nice. We always stay in West End Negril. Met old friends and new. Ate at Mango Tree almost every day. Murphy's fish is amazing. Sips and Bites great breakfast. Ahhh Bees burgers great! Visited friends in Likkle Bay. I love that place! Took a couple trips to Sav La Mar and a day trip to Mayfield Falls. Beautiful! Roaring River Caves amazing. We stay at Citronella. Perfect peace! I am already looking at tickets for as early as January! Can't stay away! I guess it's a good thing I live in Florida so the tickets are pretty low and flights so quick!

We just returned also to this cold ohio weather. We stayed at CFS. We love the cliffs also. I've never stayed at Cironello but would like to.

    hippiegirl,

Who's got it better than you??? Out of curiosity what are air fares like from Florida (I assume southern FL) to MoBay and or Kingston??? Many moons ago I used to fly Miami to MoBay for like $100USD round trip.

I just returned from my fourth as well and had a great time. Outside of getting eaten alive, the weather was great and the vibe was right. I think after a couple of trips this time of year, I can clearly state it is my favorite time to visit. Weather is perfect, it is low density, and the locals are getting ready for high season and the vibe is chill.

I find myself spending more time on the beach these days, and am slowly growing away from the West End. Don't get me wrong, I love the West End if I want a chill environment, it is just the beach offers a little more day party for me. Coming from the West Coast I am three hours behind, so it is easy to stay up later. However, the vibe during the day is becoming more enjoyable than the late night scene.

LOL, I think we're at that point, too. However, I do appreciate some of early evening events like the shows at 3 Dives and Ahh Bee's.

I've been trying to get the wife to stay on the beach, but we're confirmed cliff dwellers. We still like to retreat to quiet of the West End after enjoying all the activity on beach.
