    This is the conventional wisdom, and is true with dengue and chik-v. Scientists in Brazil have all but confirmed that zik-v has crossed the species barrier into common mosquitos that bite 24/7, not just the aedes aegypti. Things are looking to get pretty hairy this summer...

    TAH I haven't been able to find a credible source that supports this claim. Care to share your source?
