Smith...in the heading it says the event starts at noon and we know it usually lasts until around 3-4pm.

This is a wonderful event...most enjoyable...we were honoured to have had some of these wonderful children perform at Negril.com's 20th anniversary last year...my heart almost bursted/busted!!
